Here's a basic eye exercise chart that includes some simple exercises to help relax and strengthen your eyes

Gently massage your hands together until they get warm. Gently cup your palms over your closed eyes, careful not to press. For one or two minutes, close your eyes and visualize something calming or dark. Breathe deeply and relax.

For a brief period, keep your thumb a few inches from your eyes and concentrate on it. Next, concentrate for a short while on something that is farther away (at least 10–20 feet). Repeat these five to ten times, shifting your attention between your thumb and the faraway item.

Near and Far Focus

Look straight ahead when you comfortably sit or stand. For a few rounds, slowly roll your eyeballs in a clockwise manner. Next, make many rounds of counterclockwise eye-rolling. After a few blinks, unwind.

Blink quickly for a duration of 20 to 30 seconds. Shut your eyes and give them ten to fifteen seconds to relax. To lubricate and lessen pressure on your eyes, repeat this cycle three to four times.

Envision a sizable figure eight feet in front of you on the ground. For thirty seconds, trace Figure eight with your eyes in a horizontal manner. After that, trace Figure 8 vertically for a further half minute. Lay your eyelids back and lightly blink.

Extend your arm to grasp a pen or any other tiny thing. After a few moments of concentrated attention, carefully bring the object closer to your nose while keeping your focus on it. Return it to an arm's length. Do these five to ten times to practice focusing.

Zoom in on a text or item in the distance. Keep your attention on it as you gradually bring it closer to your eyes. Relocate it gradually while maintaining focus. Do these five to ten times over.

Using your fingertips, gently massage the region surrounding your eyes. Make circular movements starting at the bridge of your nose and working outward along your eyebrows. For relaxation, keep massaging the area around your eyes and temples.

Take up a book or newspaper and attempt to read a few sentences. Don't strain or squint to focus on the words. As you keep your attention, gradually extend the distance between your eyes and the reading content.

During extended periods of screen time, take breaks. To help your eye muscles relax, try focusing your gaze on someplace 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
